How Panama Tour Bookings, Pickups & Cancellations Work

What to Check Before You Reserve

• Departure Hub & Hotel Pickup Zone: Confirm whether your tour includes pickup from your specific neighborhood (see our Where to Stay guide) or meets at a central location such as Flamenco Marina on the Amador Causeway (32283P3, 32283P2, 31064P3, 5509764P2) or Plaza Herrera / Mercado de Mariscos in Casco Antiguo (249353P4, 438024P3, 5586852P4).
• On-Site Cash Taxes & Admission Fees: Bring small US dollar bills for any non-included port, Comarca, or visitor-center fees—most notably ~USD 22 to USD 25 per person in cash + original physical passport for Guna Yala / San Blas (75405P1, 339059P23) and USD 17 per adult lock entry on 41127P4 and 41127P15.
• Cancellation Windows: 29 of our 30 guided tours allow cancellation up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Note two exceptions: the private Fuerte Amador shore excursion (5640P74) requires 3 full days (72 hours) advance notice for a full refund, and the standalone Emotions Dinner Show ticket (331853P1 in #standalone-tickets) is non-refundable.
