Small-group Bocas del Toro eco-tour paddling kayaks through tranquil mangrove tunnels to spot sloths and birds, followed by shallow coral reef snorkeling.

Regional Departure Requirement: Yes — Requires stay in Bocas del Toro (NEVER a day trip from Panama City). Because Boquete, David (Chiriquí), and Bocas del Toro lie hundreds of kilometers west of the capital (a 1-hour domestic flight or 6-to-10-hour overland trip), this experience cannot be done as a day trip from Panama City. Plan your overnight base using our Where to Stay in Panama guide.
